    1. Not certain about the points made but you need to know that follow a wrong
      method can’t help you lose weight and can cause stomach diseases, if you
      guys want to lose weight by changing eating habits but also want to get

      look ) ? I’ve got some amazing things about it! *I have lost about 10
      pounds since last 2 weeks! I also feel stronger & healthier now!*

  1. literally NONE of those recipes are really “healthy”! they are almost all
    very high in fat and low in carbs. research has shown that a diet high in
    animal proteins and fat is a leading cause for heart disease, diabetes and
    even cancer.
    all those meals are soo low in carbs 🙁 i hope you are not restricting your
    calories, but sadly it seems that way.

    1. Actually, there’s been recent studies to disprove that. That cholesterol is
      actually needed in your diet

  5. Girl if you want to eat meat then do it. I eat the same way you do and have
    had no problems. Clear skin, no discoloration, and I am in great shape.
    There’s nothing wrong with your diet so let these rude, angry vegans talk
    as much as they want

    fad diets. Extreme diet plans are a threat for your health, especially ones
    that seriously restrict your everyday nutritionary intake. While they may
    generate rapid loss of weight, these diets are never a long-term answer for
    your weight problem. You should look up Fenoboci Diet Plan on google as it
    isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.
