  1. Ingredients:

    Beef steaks
    Garlic
    Mint
    Radish
    Carrot
    Shallot
    Chilli
    Palm sugar
    Peanuts
    Lime
    Vine/Cherry tomatoes
    Cucumber
    Spring onions
    Baby gem lettuce

    1. That large one he mainly uses is a Wüsthof Classic Hollow-Edge Santoku
knife. I don’t know if he uses that same brand for his other knives.

    1. Ye but the thign is, what if a (decent) chef makes a dish with something he
hates himself (lets say bell pepper), you ask him do you like the dish you
just made yourself? He says no. That doesnt look very good for the chef now
      does it

    2. It’s their job. You may not enjoy a food but that’s not to say you can’t
differentiate between it being correctly prepared so all flavours are
balanced to say maybe to sweet, or too too much garlic.

  2. I want to make at least half of what the chef is making…BUT I BARELY HAVE
ENOUGH MONEY FOR A SODA AT A CONVIENCE STORE! how does he expect us (me) to
make something as incredible as this, with out having the money to buy the
ingredients?! do I have to just bullshit my way through the meal? is there
a cheaper dish for us (me) to make and eat?

  3. I never understood why a chef would touch the cooked food with his bare
hands, especially when mixing cooked or fresh ingredients. contamination
    much?

    1. People wash their hands
They don’t use gloves because their not in a restaurant
You probably eat your sandwiches with rubber gloves and spray your plate
      with sanitizer…
      I mean, really nigga?
