  5. isn’t cheese, milk, oil and too much chicken unhealthy? The vegetables are
    healthy but I don’t know about some ingredients. Not trying to bash this
    recipe. But if your vegan, this is a big no no….lol ….thanks for the
    videos. I used to be vegan, but now, I’m just trying to eat as healthy as
    I possibly can.

    1. +Kayla Santos yeah, I know. that’s what I do, but I’m trying to find
      healthy ideas, without having to be strictly vegan, but still healthy. I
      mean, he’s trying to be careful about the egg yolk, yet the milk, cheese
      and oil aren’t too good for you. it kinda defeats the purpose, just my
      opinion. but hey, it works for him, he looks in good shape and healthy….I
      don’t consume dairy though, it’s too much bad things I found out by
      research..

    2. +vincent leal That’s essentially what I meant by my comment- you don’t have
      to be vegan in order to be healthy. As for the eggs milk and cheese, I say
      if it works for you, eat it- in moderation of course. Fats are good for
      you- helps you burn your own fat and it’s a good source of energy.

    starting to workout. I was wondering what is a good diet to gave everyday
    like for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Would appreciate it alot if you
